The National Institute of Geophysics and Volcanology (INGV) and the Council for Agricultural Research and Analysis of Agricultural Economics (CREA) have today taken a significant step towards more efficient and sustainable management of their infrastructure, in line with the principles of efficiency, sustainability and cooperation that guide modern Public Administration.
A vehicular and pedestrian access point was created between the respective areas to better share outdoor spaces and certain services, ensuring high-quality work and cost savings for the respective administrations.
"Collaboration between public research institutions is an added value for the entire country system." said Fabio Florindo, President of INGV. “Sharing infrastructure means not only optimizing resources, but also strengthening ties between scientific and administrative communities.” concludes Maria Chiara Zaganelli, General Manager of CREA: “This initiative demonstrates how dialogue and discussion lead to solutions that are beneficial for everyone, for research and for those who work in it every day.”
